Auscello is a naturally fermented wine, made without the use of selected yeasts, produced exclusively from grapes from Cavaglioni’s vineyards and vinified on the estate, with reduced use of sulfites. No synthetic products or enological additives were used during grape cultivation and winemaking, except for an amount of potassium metabisulfite not exceeding 5g per 100Kg of grapes. Auscello was aged in Steel for at least one year after being obtained by soft white pressing. Unfiltered, unclarified. Any residue is an indication of the naturalness of the wine. Serve at a temperature of 15 °C (59 °F). Allow to oxygenate. Let the wine rest for a few days after a transport.
