Galeotto is a ready-to-drink, naturally fermented wine made without the use of selected yeasts, produced exclusively from sangiovese grapes and vinified on the estate, with reduced use of sulfites. No synthetic products or oenological additives were used during grape growing and winemaking, except for an amount of potassium metabisulfite not exceeding 5g per 100Kg of grapes. Galeotto was aged in steel for just under a year and then aged in bottle. Unfiltered, unclarified. Any residue is an indication of the naturalness of the wine. Serve at a temperature of 17 °C. Allow to oxygenate. Let the wine rest for a few days after a transport.
