Galeotto is a ready-to-drink natural fermentation wine, made without resorting to selected yeasts, produced exclusively from Sangiovese grapes and vinified on the farm, with reduced use of sulphites. During the cultivation of the grapes and the vinification, no synthetic products or oenological additives were used, with the exception of a quantity of potassium metabisulphite not exceeding 5g per 100Kg of grapes. Galeotto was aged in steel for just under a year and then aged in the bottle. Unfiltered, not clarified. Any residues indicate the naturalness of the wine. Serve at a temperature of 17 ° C. Leave to oxygenate. Let the wine rest for a few days after transport.
