Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our production of extra virgin Olive Oil comes from a complex of about 2,500 olive trees of all ages, either gathered in olive groves or placed in unspecialized fields and vineyards.
The altitude of the company’s olive groves ranges from 350 to 410 meters above sea level, in an area that experiences very cold temperatures in winter.
The olive varieties present are all traditional Tuscan types, frantoio, leccino and moraiolo.
After the great frost that swept through Tuscany in 1985 a good part of our tree stock was wiped out, so today many of our trees are less than 25 years old, and we are therefore still experiencing a steady increase, as far as there can be anything steady talking about olive production, in the amount of olives potentially produced by our farm.
